Taste at Rustic - Dublin

I was referred by a co-worker who had just been here on a visit.

The attention to detail here is incredible Not only the food, but the furnishings and art I loved being brought up to the 3rd floor.

Came for an early dinner and the food and service were just okThe steak we had was rough and chewy The sauces and flavors were not good.

We had a fantastic experience. We really enjoyed the night the food and drinks, the ambience and the service.

At first, I was hesitant when I discovered it was a Japanese restaurant. However, the waiter with a London accent provided us with excellent recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. When we didn't like the wine we ordered, they quickly replaced it with a different bottle without any trouble. The restaurant has a contemporary atmosphere and is always bustling, which we appreciated. Their selection of gins was also top-notch. Overall, I rarely give restaurants high ratings, but this one truly deserved it. The staff were friendly and genuine. We will definitely be returning to this fantastic restaurant.
