Gourmet Pizza Factory - Dublin

Recently took a trip to Maximilians Taste of Italy with my family for some festive lunch while out doing some Christmas shopping, the restaurant is located less than 5mins from the Blanchardstown Centre and has free onsite parking ,the menu had a great selection of dishes for all the family , the staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious !

Really nice restaurant to visit for pizza and Italian food. Nice wine selection too. Staff are friendly and attentive. Sandra served us last time she was great! The food is tasty and fresh. We’ve visited many times. Also do takeaway.

The salad was nice abs that’s where the good ends.. pasta was so bad, they sent another which was just as terrible. No response from restaurant or any level of customer service.

Gourmet Pizza Factory is exactly what it says on the tin. It is gourmet, fresh and authentic Italian pizza made from dough you can tell is professionally made with love fresh in store. The Da Vinci is my go to take away pizza, or sit in. I always order one size too large so I will have left overs to take home and reheat (or tasty cold) the next day. The Mexican is also definitely worth a try!!! The kitchen and wait staff are incredible and the restaurant and kitchen are so clean as anybody walking by the kitchen window can look in and see if they’re not too distracted by the fabulous (I think wood fire) pizza oven! Even the kitchen porters are a delight in this place!!!
