Lupita's Express - Downey

I ordered a juice, and it arrived watered down and filled with ice. The person behind the counter tried to recommend the bread and butter ceviche tostadas, but I won’t be coming back until these issues are resolved. For now, I suggest avoiding this place—there’s nothing special about it. Customers don’t want to hear about your financial situation. Also, charging $5 for a juice-flavored ice cream is just ridiculous.

The food was excellent—absolutely delicious! The customer service was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this place.
