Tgi Fridays Dover

The service was extremely lacking at this restaurant. It began decently, but after receiving our food, our waitress disappeared and did not check on us. My beyond meat burger was not made properly, and the waitress was nowhere to be found to fix it. It took at least 20 minutes for them to collect the check and process the credit card. We will not be returning to this establishment.

The server was terrible and the food was not satisfying. The server was impolite to our group and they were out of menus even though there were no other customers in the restaurant.

We felt uncomfortable at the restaurant as there was a table of guests arguing and the manager did not address the situation.

Great food and a very clean environment... Our server was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of and checked with us on several occasions... Wish I remembered his name because he was by far the best server we've ever had... Thank you

The service was good and the food was prompt and awesome...I have never had a problem at this location...service is always good and food good and on time! Keep up the good wrk...it is not unnoticed!
