Lotus House Chinese Takeaway - Dover

Not good! aspekte der mahlzeit ok, but overall the worst Chinese takeaway I have eaten. the calamari was soggy and tasted to fish I.e not fresh from the date) the entire meal was bland and tasteless, products tasted old or cheap. Absolutely shameful Chinese, was never so dissatisfied in my life, eating was oily gland and disgusting. I wouldn't even feed it to my worst enemy and my dog. If you want to waste your money and end up without dinner, that is surely the one. space for you, but I will never see this place again.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical about the order from here, but I needy have worried. have ordered several times and were always satisfied with the delivery time, temperature and taste of my food. have I been happy?

Pre ordered our dinner so that it would arrive at a decent time when it was 30 minutes late, I called the restaurant she said it was on the way when it was an hour late, they called the driver who was obviously lost and she. Call me 9 call the restaurant later and still no eating when it was an hour and half late I called and told them not to disturb. then two hours later when the driver stood up at my back door (not even at the front door) that my eating was here. not disturb . only there checked food hygiene review and it is 1, reckon they have just saved me panic buy toilet roll .

This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The woman running the restaurant was very rude and the food was disgusting. I will never order from here again. The fries were cold and everything was very oily. She was also very rude and swore at me on the phone. Overall, a terrible experience with this Chinese restaurant.
