Waffle House - Douglasville

They did a great job cooking our food it was in As greasey mess that you would come to expect from Waffle House. It was cooked right and customer service great as well

My food was ready by the time I paid very friendly staff!

Not certain what the deal is with this place. Saturday moring Overstaffed and still poor service. There were 11 employees and 3 customers. Most employees standing around on their phone and chatting. Food mediocre and service poor. Small servings of hash browns very skimpy portion. There are better Waffle Houses around. Won't be back to this location

Great service. This WH had a server who took care of all takeout which helped the flow for those of us as in house customers. The expeditor was a pro at her job, in fact the whole crew was a well-oiled machine.

They scooped the dried up hard crusty grits off the top of the pan that had been sitting there and served that junk to me. Didn't scramble the eggs good or cook them all the way. Threw a blob of pecans in the middle of the waffle only. And the server seemed to be put out to have to wait on our table at all.
