Steak N Shake - Douglasville

Don't know if the food was good or not as we entered the restaurant, there was no one to seat us so we seated ourselves. We sat and waited as we saw a girl that was working the drive thru walking back and forth looking out the windows and talking on the phone. Not a single employee acknowledged our existence. After about 15 minutes we left without seeing any other employees other than the drive thru employee and another employee outside smoking pot. Worst steak and shake I've ever been to.

Their shakes were awful. I don't know how a milkshake can taste BURNT or like some kind of chemical.. I got 2 different flavors that both tasted that way, then got 2 more different ones, same thing. Their burgers were good but I'm still mad about the shakes drive-thru was packed by the way so don't plan on a quick trip, lobby not open

NEVER AGAIN. Messing up an order is one thing. And that happens a lot here. But when I choose to inspect my food and see fruit flies in it that’s where I draw the line. This place is disgusting and reminds me to never put trust into another human when it comes to food because this “kids” do not care. I’m sure they saw them on our food and still proceed to say “ENJOY YOUR FOOD” with a smirk.

Went to eat lunch today. Dinning room was spotless. Food was cooked fresh. Hot and delicious. Staff were clean and professional. I think it had gotten a bad reputation for a while. Excellent today. Will definitely go back!

Needs a zero rating. Took 20mins in the drive thru at 8pm. All food was super greasy and just tossed in the sack. This location should have stayed closed.
