Dunkin' - Douglasville

My friend and I came here to drink coffee and do homework (like we do every week and they usually are super nice, but there was a worker here that we have never seen before that was so rude to us that we will NEVER be coming back. We sat down on the patio for 2 minutes to get our computers up and running, while also deciding what we wanted to drink. She came out being super disrespectful telling us we were loitering because we have not ordered. We had full intentions on ordering but she gave us no time and instead of telling us politely she made us very uncomfortable. We both work in the food industry so we understand doing your job but we also know how to talk to people and that was not at all it. Like I said we come here every week and I usually get a coffee almost everyday but after being treated like this I will 100% be finding a new place to get coffee. I would try the Carrington near by, it's a 1 minute drive and the coffee is delicious:

It was okay, if I may be blunt my taste buds were screaming because of coffee it was not so desirable.

This was truly a best experience for me. I walked in to get a bite to eat and a coffee, young man was placing his order before me and the cashier asked him was there anything else and the young man said whatever she wants.!! I almost cried. Love people who are blessed and they bless others in return. God bless all. By the way everything was just the way I wanted it

I had an outstanding experience this evening with a young man at this location on October 19, 2021, at 8:30 PM! The customer service was excellent, and the products at this store are consistently fresh! I hope the Fairburn Rd. location receives some training on how to provide such great service!
