Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Had a good time here. The food did take a while to come. But, the waitress did bring us some biscuits for the long wait. It’s the little things like that, that make a place worth visiting. The food was good. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich. My wife enjoyed her mail and so did my daughter. We’ll be visiting again. And the price was just right.

Stopped in to meet a friend and catch up. Ordered Mammas pancake breakfast, was delicious as always. Server deserves an extra star.

Our server, Chocolate, was the best. We had the greatest experience here. The Friday fish fry was perfect. French toast, fried okra, meatloaf, ham and chicken and dumplings were all so yummy! Everything was fresh and good and Chocolate was so attentive to our every need. She is a treasure! 10/10!

We stopped at this location on our way home from Atlanta to Birmingham and had a lovely experience. The store and dining space were very clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming. We overheard they were short staffed, as so many restaurants currently are, but that did not deter the staff from providing excellent service. Everyone on the floor had a smile and was so kind. The team and management are doing a great job bringing kindness to others.

The waitress gets 5 stars. She was very polite and cordial. But Cracker Barrel gets 2. Dissatisfied with her operating rules. They refuse to let me order a bowl of dumplings while serving dumplings in a bowl. I am very disappointed at the refusal to submit such a simple question.
