Cold Stone Creamery - Douglasville

I had a terrible experience with the service at the Capel Hill Rd location in Douglasville, GA on 8/5/23 at 4:30pm. Despite having 3 employees working, only one was assisting the long line of customers. When I inquired about speaking to a manager, I was informed that the restaurant was self-managed and no manager was on site.

I really enjoy the ice cream here, but the service at this restaurant is terrible.

The staff at this restaurant is delightful and the ice cream is always fresh. Just be mindful that it can get quite crowded, so plan your visit accordingly. The staff does a great job of keeping the line moving smoothly.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. Even though I arrived just 10 minutes before closing time, the staff happily took my order with a smile and helped me choose the best ice cream. I always have a great experience at this place and it never disappoints. Thank you to the manager and staff at Coldstone Creamery.

The ice cream at this place was incredibly smooth and creamy, as the name suggests. However, it lacked strong flavor. Despite this, I would be willing to give it another chance since I only sampled two scoops.
