Pizza Factory - Dos Palos

Pizza was fine; first time here and customer service could improve the young female employee in the register was not welcome to all lol literally went in and I was in line and even though she clearly saw me waiting like 10 min after her phone call she was standing there; probably stay to Los Banos Pizza from now on.

Love their pizza and calzone. Their ordering system can be better, they have forgotten my order twice

The smell when you walk in is bad like OLD the floors need cleaning and the pizza is Ok. The price is high for the small town. But then again Dos Palos doesn?t have nice eating places.

This place sucks! Absolutely not even worth ONE star. Tried it again thinking maybe it would be better..Not at all..pizza is always soggy, doesn't taste good at all, the whole establishment stinks like sewer, owners really need to step it up to make this place great again! It's sad to say but I have to make a 40 minute drive to eat a great pizza factory out of town! Sucks!

Preordered some pizzas, to eat-in. We arrived 30 min late and our pizzas were boxed and soggy when we arrived. Customer service wasn?t that great either, we had to serve ourselves. Love Pizza Factory, though didn?t have a good experience at this place.
