Couper's Creek - Dornoch Highlands

The food and desserts at this restaurant are delicious! Our chosen dishes were perfectly prepared and mouthwatering. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from and the coffee is excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive.

The eissonne dish was huge and delicious, my mother-in-law couldn't even finish it. I opted for the orange, lemon, and lime cake which was absolutely divine. It was beautifully moist and it was gluten-free! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and pleasant, which really added to the overall experience.

I went to this restaurant with a friend and our two children. Unfortunately, my one-year-old son had an allergic reaction after eating toast and sausage. When I asked about the ingredients of the sausage, I was told that the cook did not know how they were purchased from the butcher. They reassured me that the sausage was not contaminated with ice, which is one of my son's allergies. I didn't make a complaint at the time, but I later discovered that it is illegal for restaurants to not disclose the ingredients of the food they sell. Thankfully, I had my son's allergy medicine with me and he was okay. However, I found the restaurant's lack of care for customers with allergies to be shameful.

Stunning makrele with baked cake and fresh salad, very friendly and efficient service and beautiful environment. price very reasonable. highly recommended.

Love Cromarty, and if you want an ice cream while you're there then this is definitely the place!!! Great cafe style food/snacks and CAKES are amazing. Coffee and hot chocolate great too. Al I some fantastic gift ware but more unusual than the norm.
