Piola - Doral

We hosted a large event at Piola on Saturday, and I can sum up our experience with one word: exceptional. Horacio, the manager, and his staff were incredibly attentive to our needs, and the food was fantastic. Horacio went above and beyond to make sure our event turned out exactly as we envisioned. From planning to execution, he was there every step of the way. All of our guests praised the food and the service throughout the event.

The food is excellent, prepared in a healthy and fresh way. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, with plenty of dedication and attentive service.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The pizza is outstanding—truly the best I've ever had. I also tried the pasta, which was very good, but the pizza steals the show. The service was excellent; Veronica was amazing. There's plenty of parking, and there are more options in the area. For me, the highlight was the service—everyone was friendly and focused on making sure customers had a great experience.

Quite frankly, I don't understand all the rave reviews. Pretty quiet place. Nice looking place. I ordered the quattro formaggi pizza. I don't want to sound too negative, but this was easily the worse quattro formaggi pizza I've ever had. I wouldn't even call it a quattro formaggi pizza. Was it nasty? No. It just was not good at all. Basically cheese pizza with tomato sauce.. and then they threw pieces of gorgonzola cheese and something else. Quattro formaggi pizza does require some skill to learn how to get the perfect balance in flavor. Unfortunately, this place did not have that skill. On top of that, the sauce was really mediocre and the crust was definitely not fresh. It seemed old. Maybe the other pizzas are good. But for me, this place really did not impress. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money for me.
