Hierro Light - Doral

I call a few times in the timetable they have worked, and no one answered the phone until an answer machine answer I left couple messing up and no one call me back I guess they don't want to do any business if u have to do something specific they need to talk to someone in person, not only on their website very unprofessional bad business.

Laura and federico held a 3-day event last weekend. everything was great. a must of them to observe their sugar intake. you can't go wrong with hierro light. highly recommended.

Hierro light bakery is absolutely phenomenal. at the beginning the owner laura is beautiful. she is so sweet, courteous, professional and really passionate about her crafts. I contacted her because I needed 2 cakes for 2 very special occasions, and she made me feel like they were their own personal special occasions. the recipient of one of the cakes is a hardcore keto and fitness maniac, so it was crucial that it was keto, but I wanted it to be of course also delicious. the consens was from the charts. he loved it not only, but he also said that it was the most amazing KETO cake he had ever, and he tried (and bakes) tons of different recipes and products. the other recipient is not strictly keto, but also said it was one of the best cakes he had and raided for days about quality and delicious. outside the delicious, they were beautifully presented and delivered on time. I will use hierro light (and again) absolutely and would recommend laura and her amazing products to anyone whether they are keto or not!

Omg, I switched on low charcoal and began to hate baked goods and sweets in general, everything tastes always like carton and chemicals, but this bakery is just out of the charts. I'm not someone who likes keto or low carb sweets, but this place is gold, the dulce de leche marquesa and the keto roll are just incredible. if no one tells them his keto or low carb, they would never know 100%. I would easily get something from this bakery about everything, e.g. a publix bakery, and I would know without a shadow of a doubt that everything I ordered from here will be 20x better!

Outside of being delicious, they were beautifully presented and delivered right on time. I will absolutely use Hierro Light again (and again), and would recommend Laura and her amazing products to anyone, whether you are KETO or not!!
