I love this place! The cream cheese and the Guava ice cream are delicious in a cup! I'm not too fond of the extra Guayava spray because it just makes too sweet, but without it's just great! I wish there were more locations! Dorsal is so far from home! We need one in Hialeah or Pembroke Pines!

I hope this feedback reaches the owner of this facility. A group of us passed after dinner on Friday. It was at 9 a.m. and the signs for this ice spot said open until midnight. We found it strange to see the lights completely, but a group of teenagers inside without their shoes on, huddling around each other in a cultic way. One of them ran to the door to let us in and turn on the lights. I asked him who worked here and he reacted with a strange Giggle. Finally, a guy came up and said the machines were broken. I am still not quite sure what the real reason for this situation is, but as a business owner I would like to know that my employees have played around and respect cartridges that keep their business alive.

We arrived at 4:30 PM and found very few customers—no line at all. After placing my order, everything was sold out, and I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes for my ice cream while the employee was on a phone call and handling other orders. Around 5:00 PM, more people came in, but the employees claimed they were closed, even though they were supposed to be open until 10 PM. I finally got my ice cream half an hour later, but it wasn't even filled halfway, and my syringe was missing. When I asked the employee for the syringe, she didn’t provide it. The Nutella topping was oddly lumpy and tasted strange. Additionally, the tables and chairs were dirty, covered in food. Overall, this experience was a waste of time and money. Doral Ice Cream was a letdown.

I can't give any rating because every time I want to visit this restaurant, they are always closed. Their posted hours on the door and online are not accurate. Honestly, I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

When I tried to order rum raisin, he initially said they didn’t have it, explaining that since all the staff were minors, they weren’t allowed to make it, even though it was listed on the menu. I then attempted to order two other combinations from the menu, only to be told they weren’t available either. I asked for a coffee affogato, but was informed that the coffee machine was broken. We waited an additional 20 minutes for the sole ice cream option they did have available for my daughter. To make matters worse, the employee informed customers who came in after us that he wasn’t taking any more orders because they were closing, despite the fact that their website and Yelp clearly stated they were open until 10 PM. It was heartbreaking to watch my daughter eat her ice cream with tears in her eyes, as it came out looking quite sad. Although the employee was friendly, I cannot recommend this establishment. If you're craving ice cream, I suggest going elsewhere. If you’re looking for a brain freeze, it might be better to stay home and suck on some ice. You’ll have a much better experience.
