We are visiting from Sydney and docklands was on our todo list. Lunch rolls around and we found degani s cafe. Service was lovely my friend is on crutches and the lovely young lady bought us some ice to put on her knee why we decided on lunch. Pizza it was to start a herb and garlic followed by pepperoni pizza. Garlic pizza base was great however the pepperoni pizza a slices pizza 8 slices pepperoni i slice only on a piece it was still nice but another slice or 2 of pepperoni would have been great
The food was quite good. The coffee was only warm though. Could have been hotter. I asked for fried eggs with hard yokes for my daughter 3 times and they still came runny. Service could be improved.
Located amongst the shops at Harbour town, Degani Docklands is a pretty good place to have a nice cup of coffee and breakfast. Staff were polite and very willing to help. Queue and wait time was quick and portions served were good. Overall, not a bad place to be before or after a busy morning/afternoon shopping at Harbour town.
We were greeted at the door and allowed to select our own table. The waitress brought us menus and said she would be back to take our orders shortly. She then greeted others and seated them. She took our orders and got them right and our coffees came quickly with no fuss. I thought this was excellent service, but then wondered why so many places cannot get even this right. We were not eating, but I saw some very tempting cakes and the menu was extensive and at reasonable prices.
