One of Dijon's best restaurants. The dishes are good, well-worked products and the presentation is neat. The service is perfect. Clearly an address to remember!

The restaurant is pleasant, the tasteful cuisine and the perfect service. However I would have liked to be able to order 1/2 bottle of flat water and not 1 whole to avoid waste of water and money, the dishes are served too warm to my taste and not sufficiently salted no spice on the tables I also prefer the cream burnt when the crust is still warm and the brioche lost marrow and warm also. Which is why I put 4 stars.
