Mcdonald's - Denton

Rude ass customer service was in a rush had a little to no time to understand our knees and what was happening with our orders and overall terrible service. Don't care what time of the day it is you should still have a good customer service.

My 2nd time going here for FRESH COOKIES . Unfortunately this time the gentlemen taking the order, manager and works thought it was just perfect to hand me cold cookies each time I handed them back and asked for fresh they pretend to not understand. The customer service was non existent.

I went to McDonald's on 9/18 and ordered a meal with a caramel sundae. The order looked good but when I began to walk across the street, I realized the lid was not properly secure and the ice cream melted and spilt all over my hand. By the time I got somewhere to clean up, over half my sundae was silt and gone.

Horrible wait time, slowest drive thru ever. They decided that 2 employees would be enough to serve the area all night, genius.

Worst McDonald’s of all time. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s. But when they let customers sit in the lobby for half an hour and not a single employee can be bothered to tell the mountain of customers piling up that they are supposed to have the lobby closed. Just let more and more customers walk in the front door that is unlocked and say nothing. The cashiers cuss like sailors and have zero respect for anyone. The management sucks and the employees are quite possibly the dumbest rudest people you will ever come across. Drive 7 minutes to the one on the loop or the one on university and stay away from this joke.
