Longhorn Steakhouse - Denham Springs

Total disappointment! my son wanted to come here on the 22nd birthday to celebrate and eat. but unfortunately when eating came to the table his meal was ok, but my was extremely cold. So I think not a big thing really simple solution. just throw it back and warm it back. she took forever to do just that when it came back, it was still cold! so at this point in the process to wait for her to get a meal warm my son already finished and I did not get to enjoy a meal with him for his birthday. one of the managers came out that she was very nice and polite about it and said that she would take care of it. about 10 minutes later another dame came. it was obvious when she approached the table, now they speak louder than words to me. even my children had said something that she was very rude and had a attitude as soon as she approached us over the meal. they took away the meal and accused me for the garnel I had done. I didn't want to say anything else. I paid online and simply ran out, they will not get my service again. don't get me wrong, eating is great, the service is bad.

Tonight we went short on our family from 10 to longhorn and we were so well treated. the waitress (valerie, kay and stephanie) had delivered us dinge before we could even ask a question. the food was excellent and all served hot and all received their meals at the same time. the manager, vicki was attentive to us when we went to us. many thanks for a relaxed night with my family!

Great eating that was ruined by a terrible experience. our first waitress we had was great and we had no problem with her. Our second waitress was smart and rude. we were at my graduation party when I 18 and when we enjoyed eating that I had taken a few sips from the strawberry margarita of my parents (as I, again, was accompanied by my whole family) and the second waitress interrupted my socialization with my family to identify me and continue trying to take the drink out of the table. louisiana law states that under 21 years of alcohol can possess “ if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or spouse who is over 21. “Since this was not only an rude interaction, as I and my family only tried to be in the famous of my achievements, it has ruined our experience and lost our future business.

I usually love eating there, so I would still recommend, but our recent experience was terrible. our server wasn't good. she touched all our teller, got an employment when we told her that we lacked some of our articles and said it was bc they outside (which we were supposed to have said before, so we could order something else), ignored people mean when he asked for a afterfilling, and to cover it, we got super sick that in the evening bc of the sour salad dress (I guess). they offered us a $50 gift card, but that didn't cut on a $135 ticket. I'm grateful they offered something. I will still go back bc I usually love their food, but they still have a chance.

Two friends of mine treated me to lunch at Longhorn steakhouse. We arrived straight up noon and the crowd was just starting to make it in. We were seated in a booth and my friends had a favorite waitress that they requested. She was very pleasant and she helped us decide out of the many lunch specials which one we would be happiest with, because I sure could not make a decision, she made it for me. Our lunch came out in no time at all and it was delicious.
