Church's Chicken - Delta

The customer service was terrible. The manager was extremely rude. I requested to make changes to my order but she responded with a cold attitude. I visited on a Wednesday night. Despite being a loyal customer, I will never return to this establishment again.

I visited the restaurant today, as I am a regular customer living nearby. My usual order is the Mexicana sandwich combo, but I like to swap the drink for apple pie. However, today I encountered PALAK, a staff member who seemed to be in charge. Despite explaining that I frequently order the same item from this location, including during her shifts, she was extremely rude and argumentative for several minutes. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order due to her poor attitude. To make matters worse, I was served cold food, presumably as a form of retaliation for requesting the apple pie. I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from a manager like PALAK before.

I am giving an extra 5 stars to the lovely young woman who recommended the $1 wings to me.
