Recommended by many people, I finally tried it. The tasting menu with wine accompaniment was delicious. The atmosphere is modern and airy. Great staff.

We had a dinner here and ordered the full course menu. The taste was good but not exceptional. For me the price is a bit too expensive for the quality of the food/service. I do like the ambiance and the interior design of this restaurant....It's really cozy and cool. They offer very nice and high qualiy wines which I really appreciate.

Was there before new years eve together with my family. We went for a 4-course menu which was very delicious, even the kids enjoyed the food. By January they move to another place in town.

Our (my husband and I) first encounter with Japanese food was one to remember. I was willing to try Japanese food for already a long time but never did find the place and opportunity but this time triggered by the combination with good wines, we...finally did it. The november 5-course menu with adapted wines was excellent and probably spoilt us for every further Japanese meal since it'll be hard to beat this winning combination

Why the headline, because we kept hearing about this place and 2nd its close by and we hadn't tried it yet. Anyway its actually a refreshing and unusual combination, i will explain: Old stone wine producer type building, easily missed in fact if you drove...passed, nicely lit from the inside and outside, its part of Weingut Josef Biffar (never knew! Very nicely renovated interior, plane but tasteful, high ceiling, nice bustle of conversation on a relatively quiet evening. Relaxed and attentive service but never over the top. As a previous reviewer Volker A mentioned we were not too sure about the menu with wine pairings German wine (the best of course and Sushi Japanese styles? Don't even think about it, it was inspired and perfect. Very nice waiter who helped us with the menu, we managed with my basic German and a bit of English from him, thanks. If you want some very interesting combinations, something a bit different matched with great wine choices you will love it. Highly recommended
