When we were sitting, it was clear that we were considered the third class, like all the other tourists. the personal was incompetent and condesctive. the food bad quality (the suppe clearly not homemade) and very expensive. the wine was in order, but too expensive. the orders were mixed or never arrived. other tables waited for 45 minutes and were not served yet.
Was thanked by restaurant manager on a table without reservation, great thanks that they are able to accommodate us. after we put over 20mins on a menu and the table we left. for a restaurant that is supposed to be of a Michelin standard. so poor with their service we were very unimpressed.
A warm summer day, we went for a little lunch and ordered an salad and "sinking board that were both good. it seems that the employees are low (even if the tables were not completely occupied) as the waiting time was a bit high for us.
We have visited this restaurant many times over many years as a family. This visit was a disappointment. the service was poor, not considerate, lacking form, inattentive. The food was not imaginative, rather average.
