Everyone is so warm and friendly to you as you are walking in. I love the fresh coffee and the feel of the cozy coffee shop is perfect! I usually go every week out there ?

The Hammy Jammy special was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. And I think the ginger girl at the register hates me, hates the business, hates life because by golly I've seen more personality from a post.

Stopped in for coffee, cappuccino, and lava cake. All excellent. The place is well decorated and surprisi gly spacious. Staff was pleasant. We will be back!

Girl at register was not friendly. Overall service wasn’t good. Quiche options were lacking and when I asked for napkins I was told they were out. Had heard good things but my experience wasn’t a good one.

I had a wonderful experience at Perla Baking Co. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was cozy and clean. I ordered the oat bar, the lemon bar, and the hot matcha tea, and they were all delicious. The oat bar was chewy and satisfying, the lemon bar was tangy and sweet, and the matcha tea was smooth and creamy. I enjoyed every bite and sip, and I can't wait to come back and try more of their baked goods and drinks. Perla Baking Co. is a gem in Defuniak Springs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality bakery and coffee shop.
