Philly's R Us - Deer Park

This place is closed. But there is a Papa Jenos, who is also a Philly cheese steak place, and it is exactly where that was earlier, it is really good.

I waited precisely 48 minutes for a Philly cheesesteak with double meat and no paprika. Remarkably, there were no other customers in the restaurant. When my order finally arrived, it had paprika and barely any meat. It was so quiet that I could hear the sound of my meat cooking on the grill, which was 25 minutes after I placed my order. After 45 minutes, I rang the bell and called out, but no one came until I asked for help. The staff apologized, but it was frustrating. I expected a hot cheesesteak, but when I turned it over, it was barely warm. It seemed they were too lazy to grab it when it was ready. I’ve heard from many people that this place isn’t worth it, and they were right—never again! I wish I could leave a negative review.

This place is a total disappointment! I've been there at least five times, and only once did I find the sandwich to be decent. The other four times, I made the effort to go during my lunch hour, only to arrive and see the flashing sign advertising lunch specials, with no one around. What's going on? Are you open or not? Don’t waste your time; it’s just frustrating.

We've dined there multiple times and have always enjoyed our meals. Tonight, I ordered delivery, and my burger arrived in just 20 minutes, perfectly prepared! Don't hesitate to give them a call; you won't regret it (and the steak fries are incredible)!
