Mcdonald's - Deer Park

The staff on the morning of 4/17/22 were rude. I had to ask for my order and was then told to use a kiosk. Another customer was in charge and no one was helping. A employee just stared at me while enjoying a cookie. However, aside from the staff, the restaurant is a decent place.

I purchased additional dipping sauce, but was told that I could not have so many sauces with my meal, despite paying for them.

The customer service on the phone was terrible and when I asked to speak to the manager, they hung up on me. This restaurant is incredibly unprofessional and having worked in the food industry before, I know it's not that difficult to provide good service.

I liked these mcdonald’s. the personal was friendly, mobile order was ready until I went through the door. eating that consists of sausage biscuit and burrito was hot and ice cream was perfect and as ordered. Thank you for stopping here quickly and easily.

Love the fast drive thru but STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT TO USE THE DAMN MOBILE APP EVERY DAY!!!
