Mcdonald's - Deer Park

Super nice cashier. Very nice and helpful amd helped me figure out how to use the McDonalds app.

They're not 24 hrs like they say they are. We got in the drive through line just before 11pm on a Saturday. They served all the 2 cars in front if us then told us, the last car in the line, that they were closed.... How is that 24 hrs??We waited in line at the drive through for nothing because they cant be bothered to update their info

Never ever ask for extra anything at this McDonald's they charge you for it and then don't give it to youThen they're put out when you bring it up and mentioned that you paid for extra and they didn't give it to you

This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that I feel like 70% of the time they’re “cash only”. I do food delivery and that’s always the first thing they say and at first I thought ok maybe their system needs to start a new day or something but I’ve gone at 9 and 10 at night before and they say the exact same thing. So I’m not sure if this location just doesn’t have it together or if the employees are trying to pull something but somethings not right.

Beverage stop. Quick trip. Not much to review. Drinks were good.
