Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This place consistently misses the mark smh. It’s always a problem with your order and it makes no sense.

Terrible service! Ordered fries told them they were cold with no seasoning they tried to gaslight me and tell me they were fresh. After leaving then calling back to see if I could just get fresh fries they said I would have to come inside to get them. Stop being lazy and just do your jobs.

Kids that don't care working with food. What a waste of money.

So this used to be my favorite Zaxbys to go to. Customer service was always great, food always tasted and looked appetizing until I went this Wednesday. I usually go in for carryout so this day I went inside. I am ServSafe certified and saw many violations but ignored them because I was in a hurry. You should not be taking orders and making orders without washing your hands in between. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to take my order and after finally getting my order, I went to my car and ate while I drove. Well I should’ve looked inside the box before eating. I have never experienced this type of service nor presentation of my food from this Zaxbys and was extremely disappointed. And my order was obviously, literally THROWN together. Used to be my favorite Zaxbys but I guess I’ll have to find another one in the DeKalb County area.

Poor service, watched a cockroach walk along the food service area. ate it anyways lets see what happens haha
