Kfc - Decatur

Great customer service very friendly employees and helpful and sorry to say but the food was bad the chicken was nasty and there was a very light smell of rancid oil in the dining room

I managed kfc for over 2 years...this place needs to be dealt with. First off, people not in uniform shouldn't be cooking in the kitchen. Second, to tell a customer you are out of chicken and won't cook anymore at 7pm is absurd and finally, to sell an 8pctenders in place of an 8pc bucket is unethical. Are there no longer any standards?

Terrible. I already had to wait about 25 minutes to almost 30 minutes for my 5-piece HONEY BARBECUE hot wings to cook, only to get to work and find out they were plain wings! Then when I called back about my incorrect order, no one answers the phone. Irefuse to waste my time or money at this location again!

Food was hot/fresh and service was friendly. Unfortunately as normal, order was wrong, paid extra for specific chicken per request in the bucket. They didn't put either in the bucket. Unhappy wife with the supposed to be surprise , no cook night.

Chicken wasn't completely cooked, the batter was moist on the Chicken and coming off and I didn't get a receipt, my popcorn chicken was so hard it tasted like it was reheated, very disappointed
