Buffalo Wild Wings - Decatur

We waited 15 minutes after being seated before our waitress approached us, and we had to wave her down. She glanced in our direction multiple times but kept passing by. Once we finally got her attention, she apologized, saying she hadn't noticed us. The food was decent—neither bad nor exceptional.

The BWW in Decatur does not honor reservations made through OpenTable. In my last three attempts, they declined to accept them, explaining that it was a corporate policy and not applicable to the Decatur location.

Regardless of when we visit, there's often an issue with the food. Some dishes are served cold, or they arrive after the rest of the group's meals, sometimes taking five minutes or more. On the bright side, the servers are always fantastic.

My son and I usually order from here 2-3 times a week for our lunch breaks, and we absolutely love this place. However, our last few visits have been disappointing. I got my usual buffalo bar pizza, which I really enjoy, but it was soggy in the middle and the cheese wasn’t melted properly. It also seemed to have very few toppings. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return it because of my 30-minute lunch break, and it felt frustrating to spend money on something I couldn’t eat.

I waited 20 minutes before being seated. Out of curiosity, I tried the cauliflower dish, but it was overcooked and overpriced. The TV in the restaurant was a nice touch. The highlight of my visit was our friendly server. If you're vegetarian, I would recommend skipping the cauliflower dish.
