Al-Maeda is the signature restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach offering authentic dishes from the Levant and North Africa region with a modern touch. The restaurant features an indoor seating area with live kitchen and an outdoor terrace serving shisha in different flavors. If you are looking for an amazing levantine cuisine with your family or friends ..this is a place for you. The food is exquisitely beautiful. Extremely hospitable friendly staff which will make sure that you enjoy every bit of your time there your dining experience more enjoyable. We had been there several time had experienced their Ala carte as well as the weekend Buffet menu. They had a lot of variety of Mezze ... hot cold both ... their pistachio hummus, kibbeh, cheese rolls, fattoush, Falafil, mutabul, baba ganoush... a lot more.. served with freshly baked bread. I loved their meat minakeesh, which they will serve you fresh from their open oven. Apart from this don’t forget to try their Smoked Frikih served with slow cooked lamb... also their variety of grills .. Grilled Chicken served with oriental rice. Their drinks are also refreshing... we had tried their Mint Lemonade served with rose merry , Strawberry Mojito , Apricot, lemon orange Mojito even pomegranate Mojito with rose syrup. They also have their twist of desserts ... arabic desserts served with a modern twist. ... Muhalabia with mango with authentic taste topped with kunafa style vermicelli ... chocolate mousse tart with dark chocolate syrup ....Basboussa cheese cake veiled in a white chocolate sphere also a whole other variety of arabic sweets. Not to forget .. they also serve you some best of the sheesh .. so you can enjoy it in their terrace area along with some Moroccan tea. That’s my style to chill. To sum it all ... one of my favorite place for arabic style dinning ... best service .. awesome interiors. Thanks a lot Olga, Sunny the whole team of Al Maeda for always being such a good host.

Fantastic place for family, friends and couple brunch , amazing interior and best arabic food located in Double Tree by Hilton Jumeirah beach so possible to have pool day after. I highly recommend.
