Fratelli Fresh - DAWES POINT

Descent pizza and okay pasta. The wine selection has so far limited what you can get with the glass. Pizza was good and aromatic. The pasta needed more sauce and lacked no aroma.

We went to Fratelli fresh at a busy night during alive, but sat slightly on the outer area, which was very cozy. The staff was very friendly and it was nice to hear Italians! We ordered a cappricciosa and a quattro-formaggi: both were flawless. Thin crust, high-quality ingredients and the right balance in the four cheese pizza, which was exactly what I went for. We were completed with an espresso, which was served very well, but of what I've seen that BYI has to try the desserts.

We went to a Sunday evening, so we expected the service to be very slow. The whole place was hummed with people, we could hear that people had a great time. We sat down and ordered the Caricofi pizza and the spinach and Ricotta Ravioli. These articles have been proposed by our friends to try it, we loved them! I would like to visit Fratelli on a weekday and enjoy the rest of the menu. You have many branches in Sydney and a good variety for vegetarians!
