Wharf - DARWIN CITY

We had a great time at the wharf, with plenty of dining options and reasonable prices. We were able to enjoy watching the moonfish come out at night, as well as observing the passing tourists. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

We enjoyed a lovely evening at the Wharf. The chili mud crab was excellent although it proved to be a very messy meal! However, Ciara, who looked after us perfectly all evening had warned us ahead of time and provided ample napkins.

Had a great meal sat outside the restaurant. Food choice was good, reasonably priced and the service was excellent with a smile. Thanks to Ciara for chasing after us when we left a bag behind, much appreciated !

We went to Wharf 1 twice in 6 days whilst staying in Darwin. The first time being Good Friday so we wanted an option for some seafood. The barramundi was superb and great portion size as was the seafood pasta.... when we returned on Easter Sunday the same standard and size of portions was rather disappointing everything was smaller portion.

Dined out with youngest son this evening at Chow. The atmosphere as you enter the restaurant is warm and alive. The light is excellent. The fairy lights on the outdoor undercover area provide such a feeling of relaxation that you know your in for a great evening. The music is funky, modern, new age. Volume perfect. Enjoyable by all ages. The service is friendly and staff attentative to your needs without been over the top. The food will take your taste sensations to another level. Clean, fresh alive flavours well balanced and even. You need to try the Pho Beef Soup with vegetables. Unbelievable. The beef massanian even throughout with the right balance of flavours. The beef cooked to perfection. The Lamb Korma levels all other restaurants in Darwin for dead. The XO Eggplant very generous, combined with minced pork complimenting each others flavours. The deserts are fresh not too sweet and very palate cleansing. The more the even progressed, the great the atmosphere developed. I highly recommend Chow.
