The Colonial - Darlinghurst

Only so you know, we rode that we between the colonial 3.5 or a 4 ... and I will explain why. We were kindly invited to the colonial so that our score / rating will not contain PricePoints, as we did not pay for our meal. Grief I'm crazy about 2 crosses, Indians and Middle East. I love the spices, I love the taste, I can not stand the heat, but I'll go back. I think I'm pretty sure in my ruling of Indian food. Grief The colonial is more of an Indian fusion, Indians with modern take. I had a Tamarind Martini and it was a bomb, a very unique and beautiful taste with one kick. Chicken Tandoori salad was beautiful (the chicken was so tender and flavesome), I loved the Paneer Spring Rolls !! Such a great idea. The colonial offers a British Indian restaurant with some unique and refreshing combinations. Grief Grief I was surprised to see a selection of salads on the menu including watermelon and feta, green salad with chicken and a chicken tikka salad. These were all light and fresh. Grief Grief For web we had a duck-masala, salmon dildar and a vegetarian curry with rice. The dishes really needed a Naanbrot to accommodate the aromas in the sauce.
