Darlo Bar - Darlinghurst

Great atmosphere in this very cool place in the heart of darlinghurst / potts point. the terrace in the first floor is a large space for any kind of event.

It used to be a cool dachbar with funky decor and relaxed atmosphere. over the pub below, the bar was surrounded by green walls and vertical gardens. it was really a great neighboring bar to enjoy some quiet drinks with friends. Unfortunately, when I came back a few weeks ago with two friends, we left us very disappointed in a jiffy. the music was deaf, there was no possibility that someone could conduct a normal conversation in so loud background music. no wonder the bar was so quiet on a Saturday night. it lost his appeal to me and was no longer the gentle funky bar I remembered.

I am happy enough to have darlo bar as my natives. it is a fantastic pub that has a small dach and all round good vibes. the staff is relaxed, but the work is done. I have to eat, but it's a great place for a casual drink.

Loves decor. nice to see that some things have not changed to darlo. after a year I came last night for a fast bevy to my old stomping terrain...darlo bar, they still have it!

I came to an event with my friends in Mardi Gras. What an absolute jewel of a place! Great service, cheap prices for what we ordered and the fantastic hosts of the evening Felicity Frock! We will definitely visit again for future events and maybe soon arrive for a Friday night drink. Thank you for a great start in our Mardi Gras Evening!
