Hungry Jack's - Darling Heights

We ordered our food and it took a few minutes to reach the window. When we received our food, it was only warm and not prepared correctly. Instead of chips, we received onion rings and the portion was only half full. It felt like we were served only half of what we paid for. The prices were high and the incorrect order was frustrating. There was no option to go back and fix the mistake.

In the past, this restaurant was not good. However, over the last year, there has been a noticeable improvement in both service and food quality. Finding a consistent Hungry Jacks can be challenging, but things have definitely gotten better at this location.

I frequently return to this restaurant, always hoping for some improvements, but unfortunately they never come. The food was hot and well-prepared this time, unlike previous visits where I wasn't even sure if it was a burger. However, the service is consistently poor. It seems like the owner or manager is not paying attention to the staff and their performance.

I can only say that I should have gone somewhere else, who would have been cold and brought them back, but I was too far, in these times at least that comes to eat hot!

Hungry jacks Wilsonton TOOWOOMBA is notorious for extraordinary slow service via the drive through. Management sort it out.!!! Never using this service again.
