Shire Breu-hous - Dalton

I have to say, my latest visit was excellent! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was simply delightful. I highly recommend the chicken cordon bleu mac – it sounded great, but it tasted even better! It was just a tad salty, though that might have been my palate reacting to the superb beer. Speaking of beer, it continues to impress! The ambiance of the place is lovely and vibrant, even on a busy night, yet it still feels welcoming and lively when it's quieter. There's a fantastic selection of beers, and if you're a fan of sours, you absolutely must try the Embarassment – it’s fantastic! I can’t stop raving about it! Now, to be completely fair, I think we caught them on a tricky night during our first visit. The upstairs venue was hosting an event, and like many places these days, they seemed a bit understaffed. We arrived right as the rush was at its peak, so we waited about half an hour before anyone acknowledged us, and nearly an hour after ordering before our food was served. We did have to ask for silverware, which was a bit frustrating. However, the food was excellent, and the Embarrassment sour beer was anything but! It was truly amazing. We’ll definitely return, but probably on a quieter night to fully enjoy the experience.

I previously left a negative review due to the service I received, but I mentioned that I would update it if my experience improved. I returned tonight, and it was fantastic! The service was EXCELLENT, and the food was delicious as well. Be sure to try the Rollerskating stout—it's amazing!

We enjoyed some delicious food here, complete with a full bar and their own brewed beer. It can get quite loud when the place fills up, but it's wonderful to see everyone having a good time. We tried the chicken parmesan and the wasabi-battered shrimp, both of which were fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

My first visit. Outstanding home brews! I got a flight so I got to try 4 different beers. Food and service were top notch! Wonderful live music too. Will be back !

Really awesome stylish brewery in an old warehouse. With many seating options inside and outside. We end up tasting two racks of flights and all of the beers taste great.
