Little Mexico - Dade City

I placed an order for a Taco Salad when I arrived, only to be informed that it wasn't ready because the fryer wasn't hot enough. I ended up waiting 20 minutes, but when it finally arrived, it was completely inedible—the shell was so bad I couldn't even eat it. It was truly disappointing. How can someone mess up a simple Taco Salad? I highly recommend avoiding this place. The fact that the restaurant was empty when I walked in should have been my first sign to leave.

When I entered the restaurant, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor. Once we sat down, the dim lighting made the atmosphere feel uninviting. Our server was friendly, but unfortunately, the food lacked flavor; my tamale was very dry, as if it had been reheated. A friend of mine mentioned he used to enjoy dining here, but he agreed that the quality has declined. The floors appeared to be in poor condition, and the entire place could use a makeover.

The food is excellent, and the spacious dining room is clean and inviting.

Unkempt appearance. Handful of people enjoying a meal. For not being busy it did take some time to get the meal. Tasty.

My friend had the nacho cheese salad and said it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
