Kfc - Dade City

The food was tasty and the service was quick, but the drive-thru staff member was a bit overbearing and not very welcoming.

I've eaten at this restaurant before, and it was fine, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes with no gravy, but when I got home, I discovered that I was given mashed potatoes with gravy instead. I specifically requested them without gravy because I'm allergic to an ingredient in it, and consuming it would cause me to break out in hives. Afterward, I tried to call the restaurant for help, but I kept getting a busy signal. I tried a couple more times, and nearly 15 minutes later, the phone finally started ringing, but no one answered. I'm really unhappy and let down because I usually love KFC, but this experience has left me quite disappointed.

--- Dear KFC Management, I have a question regarding your posted hours of operation. If your hours state that you’re open until 9 PM, why do you close the doors at 8:30 PM on a Friday night? This seems inconsistent and frustrating for your customers. It raises concerns about the management of the store. Good food but goofed up order at drive thru even after repeating it back to me correctly

We ordered our food to go for a family dinner of 3. When we sat down to eat we noticed our Dr. Pepper looked like tea. It was pop, just wasn't mixed well had a nasty taste. The mac and cheese-good, chicken-good, and chocolate chip cookies inplastic-hard but good, and the biscuits-great. The next day we went back to KFC, and they replaced the pop. KFC is always afavorite of mine.
