Verde Organic Cafe Juice - Cuyamungue

I have been to Terra Verde six times now (we just moved here a few months ago) and love every item I have tried from their salads, sandwiches, and quinoa bowls to their soups, smoothies, and juices. Everyone that works at Terra Verde is super kind and patient when explaining the various items on the menu and/or which smoothie or juice to order. My husband also craves their sandwiches, smoothies, and juices. Enjoy!

There is nowhere else in Santa Fe one can find what this place has to offer. I have been more than once and have never been disappointed. In the previous location of Verde, a juice bar, Terra Verde is a relatively new restaurant offering an expanded range of organic juices, smoothies, coffees, wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, empanadas, desserts and more. I met the owners, Kevin and Mariana, and found them to be 150% dedicated to serving their patrons the healthiest organic food possible, and the clean, open space they have created is inviting for hanging out or working on the free wi-fi. Apparently, current hours and days of service at the time of this review are temporary and in conformance with Covid-19/restaurant guidelines, and I was reassured that strict compliance and sanitation are in place, for visitors' health, safety and enjoyment. I think anyone would love this little gem of a smoothie bar/coffee shop/restaurant!

My favorite go to for healthy choices! When allergy season kicks in my wife and I come here for the dragons breath elixir. If Im in a hurry, the bottled meal replacement drinks are perfect for a tastey grab and go.

This is under new ownership and called Terra Verde. I was visiting Santa Fe with my dil who is a vegan. We stpped here for take outs and eat in. Food was delicious and healthful.

It's in the title! I don't have to check anything. This place makes me feel comfortable about eating out. Some thing someone with my diet restrictions doesn't do.
