Rootstock Wine - Cupertino

I stopped by the restaurant and noticed they had the Almanac Fazy DIPA on tap, so I definitely had to try it. I also ordered the delicious portobello mushroom flatbread. Our server was really awesome too. We enjoyed our visit on a beautiful, balmy afternoon while strolling through the main street area of Cupertino.

The salads were delicious, and the stuffed mushrooms were fantastic, but the flatbread was just okay. It's definitely worth a visit for the wide selection of beers and the inviting atmosphere.

This place was personally interesting for me, the person willing was a lovely person to speak with a glass red or white. great place to relax and relax after the finish to the meeting. her subscription program is great my wine fridge is always with great choice for me to enjoy home.

Amazing service, classy and chill atmosphere, great happy hour specials and small bites all the time! They have indoor and outdoor seating, both cozy and more formal options, and their outside patio is dog friendly (always a plus for me . There's always something going on to turn that boring weeknight into a fun night out (bands, singers, etc. and the best part, you can buy all of the wines you try (and love right from their store. If you're not a wine person, they have some pretty great beer on tap (Brooklyn Lager is my favorite, as I'm originally from New York and can never find it in the Bay Area . Whether you are just coming in for a drink before dinner, or want to stay and catch up with an old friend for a few hours, the service doesn't change. So many places make me feel awkward for rushing in and out for a drink, as well as staying too long and lingering too close to closing. That is never my experience here. It's a great wine bar to hang out with friends, family, coworkers, and of course, that special someone. Definitely check this out if you are in the Los Gatos area, or if you aren't!

Rootstock is a fine wine retreat with a good sized cellar and bar menu of upscale food located in the Main Street Cupertino complex. Service was attentive and cultured, ordered a Malbec, a Rose, and the Chardonnay flight. Every single one of them was delicious. The wine list is carefully curated and handpicked, packed with amazing California bottles and plenty of European and South American vintages FYI they also sell bottles for home consumption. Upscale location, nice interior and decor, and a variety of seating (high tops, bar, booth, table, and outdoors). Really enjoyed it, and will certainly return looking forward to more flights. It would take the experience to the next level by offering a variety of wine cheese or some kind of wine food pairings.
