Located at the intersection of Highway 85 and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, Bobbi's has been a beloved local institution for 30 years, and it's easy to see why—it offers a wonderful blend of delicious food, reasonable prices, and friendly, attentive service. The menu is straightforward, featuring classic American breakfast dishes, and the atmosphere is unpretentious and inviting. Together, these elements create a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, making it a perfect spot to reconnect with an old friend or two.
Bobbi has finally reopened and it looks and tastes better than ever! With its fresh paint, new flooring, outdoor terrace, lively music, and outstanding food, it's truly a delightful experience. After a jog, we drove home and decided to stop by to refuel. I ordered the massive painted waffle topped with cream and strawberries, accompanied by two scoops of ice cream. They call it a waffle Churo, and it was absolutely magnificent! My friends opted for eggs and bacon, as well as an omelet, and they absolutely loved their meals, leaving their plates spotless. You really can't go wrong here; every dish is a winner. Be sure to try everything on the menu!
I paid my bill and headed to work. Just five minutes into my drive, I felt nauseous and thought I might throw up. Thankfully, I had some Pau d'Arco, an herb that helps with nausea; it prevented me from getting sick, but I could only manage soup and Sprite for lunch. Now, at 5:30 p.m., I'm still feeling ill and planning to go home to rest. I believe I got food poisoning from their eggs! I heard they've been reopened for years and have a loyal following, but I won’t be returning. I tried to call them to warn others about my experience, but their phone number is listed incorrectly.
We first visited Bobbi's around three months ago, and it has quickly become our favorite breakfast spot. We always recommend it when someone asks for a good place to eat breakfast. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I especially recommend the chorizo scramble, biscuits and gravy with linguica on the side, and our son's favorite, the churro waffle. The owner, Bill, is a lot of fun and makes a point to chat with his customers.
This is a humble, laid-back breakfast spot that serves fantastic food. Normally, I'm not a fan of breakfast dishes, but I would definitely return. I really enjoyed the corned beef hash, which was cooked to perfect crispiness. My husband thought his breakfast burrito was delicious as well. The only thing I wouldn’t order again is the biscuits and gravy, as they were unexpectedly sweet. The service is excellent; you won't find your coffee cup empty!
