Il Nuovo Zuavo - CUNEO

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Cuneo. Traditional dishes and flavors including bagna cauda, tajarin, plin and others depending on the season that are consistently well executed and always flavorful. The service is warm and welcoming as is the ambiance. It had been three or so years since we last visited and we must say that they've only improved. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the best restaurant in Town for local food. The menu selection is not extensive, but that’s because every single plate is made respecting traditional recipes and local ingredients from the valley and the surrounding Alps. You have to try their “Risotto alla Fonduta” (fondue risotto), it’s unbelievable. If you’re having a short or long stay in Cuneo you have to eat here!!
