Robeks - Culver City

This location is definitely my favorite. From the very first visit, which was quite some time ago, I've enjoyed every experience here. Each time I order my Açaí Energizer drink, it's prepared with great attention to detail and cleanliness. There have been times when I've skipped breakfast or lunch, and this drink truly brings back the energy I need. Additionally, the staff here consistently go above and beyond with their exceptional service and professionalism. I haven’t reached out to the Corporate Office yet, but I hope they see my review. Thank you for having such a fantastic team at this Robeks! I’m looking forward to going there for lunch today!

We loved our meal from the S Sepulveda Blvd location so much that we decided to get another one from the Culver City location. In one word: delicious!

The service was excellent. I ordered an acai smoothie and avocado toast.

I love it here. Great place to get a healthy smoothie to ease your hunger or you can add supplements to your drinks to give you energy throughout your day. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a healthy snack. Also their drinks dont have dairy so it's great for anybody that lactose intolerant.

Updated: I filled out the form, and it looks like the charge for the missing item was reversed. Appreciate the response by the corporate team, although I wasn't notified and just happened to look on my statement two weeks later. (Just a note...I called the store about 10 times that day right after the incorrect order was delivered. I never post reviews and only did so because there seemed to be no other way to resolve this. Maybe need more employees if the phones aren't being answered? Just moved to the area and have enjoyed Robeks a few times already. I hate putting one star, but I'm writing this in hopes it will be viewed by a manager/owner. I just received my delivery from Robeks and one of my items was missing (Almond Delight Bowl from Order #6099174170443779 placed on 12/4 at around 3:30pm through your website . I have been calling the store's listed number repeatedly, but no one is answering. Is there any way to get the amount for the missing item put back on my card? My contact info should be in my account with your store. Thank you for your attention.
