Papa Johns Pizza - Culver City

The restaurant is conveniently located just across the street from our home, and we were in the mood for something different. I was initially surprised by the price of the personal-sized pizza, but after taking my first bite, I understood why – the ingredients are incredibly fresh. I'm not usually a fan of thin crust pizza, but my wife loves it, and I have to admit, the pizza was really delicious! We ordered online, and they brought the pizzas out to our car, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future, and it's great to support a small family-owned business. The total for both pizzas, including tax, was $35.04, which I felt was well worth it.

I once had a mishap at this restaurant where my pizza was mistakenly given to someone else, causing me to wait longer than expected, which ultimately led to my car battery dying in the parking lot. I don't hold that against them, nor do I condone Mr. Schnatter's questionable actions. I would probably enjoy Papa John’s more often if I could indulge without feeling guilty.

I was really impressed with the customer service provided by Nick, the cashier. My phone order was changed, but he handled the situation expertly, ensuring I received my pizzas promptly. This is the kind of customer service that truly makes a difference. Whenever Papa John’s comes up in conversation, I’ll definitely share my positive experience at this location. The quality of service I received speaks volumes and will enhance Papa John’s reputation. Businesses get back what they put in. P.S. I enjoyed the pizza, especially the crust!

We are relatively new to Altadena. This was our first visit. The Altadena Salad was very good. It was even bigger than it looked after we removed it from its box for mixing. The dressing provided was also very tasty. We also had the Belgian fries with the garlic dipping sauce. Both were very good. Both of these were plenty for our lunch. My wife and I will return for future meals especially since I missed the roasted Brussels sprouts that are on the menu.

They make they’re pizza more delicious now
