Gaby's On Playa Vista - Culver City

The food was really good. I ordered the lamb plate with rice and spinach. While the rice was a bit mushy, everything else was excellent.

The restaurant does not fully represent Mediterranean cuisine, missing some classic Italian dishes and leaning a bit towards Middle Eastern flavors. However, it still offers a pleasant dining experience. It's a nice spot to grab a quick bite or enjoy some time on the lovely small patio outside. The food is tasty, but the menu is a bit too varied and can be confusing. Prices are slightly above average, reflecting the rising costs in the area. The parking lot is small, but at least it's available. As for the decor, it's quite lackluster and resembles a fast-food vibe, with generic, poorly spelled banners made of cheap vinyl. Overall, it's a practical, no-frills establishment that doesn’t offer a cozy atmosphere.

This place is so good! The salads are so delicious and flavorful. The desserts look perfect. They let us sample a few of them and we bought a few to go. All the employees are very nice. We'll be back, probably once per week.

My husband was walking home and called me, saying the place smelled amazing. I told him to pop in and grab a big plate so I could try it for the first time. It was absolutely delicious! I saw their other dishes online, and I can't wait to sample their wraps. Everything my husband brought home was fantastic. I highly recommend dining here. He also mentioned that everyone who worked there was very nice, and the restaurant looked clean.

This was the worst experience I've had at Gaby's. The shawarma and chicken skin were consistently dry and tasted old.
