The stock changes periodically, with new products being introduced. On one occasion, I discovered and bought dehydrated seasoned kale chips (average taste). Essentially, the food items available at Essential Living Foods' showroom are consistent with what they offer online: raw and organic superfood products such as nuts, oils, olives, goji berries, raw cacao, raw chocolate snacks, brazil nut protein, and more. Their products can also be found at nearby health food stores like Santa Monica Co-op and Whole Foods. The selection is good and the prices are fair. However, it is advisable to call ahead to confirm their opening hours on the day you plan to visit, as I have been turned away in the past due to changes in their policy.
