Dunkin' - Culpeper

I ordered 2 large iced teas with Splenda through the drive-thru. However, when I arrived home 30 minutes later, I discovered that they had made the teas sweetened with sugar and then also added Splenda on the side of the cup. It was a terrible experience. I mentioned the mistake to the staff when I revisited the restaurant a week later, but they were unprofessional and dismissive. I will not be returning.

I’ve come to this Dunkin’ for over a year, and once that my order has been grounded and I carry out another transaction 30¢ lol. management refuses to replace what it is massaging. After I was completely dissatisfied that day, I returned because the workers are always helpful. Today the same wut has mishearded my size and instead of researching or supplementing, it has thrown the small into a medium and filled the rest w coffee. so bitter, and the hash brown were cold and soggy . u would not think that team leaders would instruct someone to fix what the load has grounded. the manager here show her team how to lose customers and the dame literally called me because she was shaken a little over the coffee." we have 800! Customers!” ok I have 8000 and keep them all happy.

Have you ever been to a dunkin donuts without donuts? try this place at any time after 17 clock and they get everything except a donut.

Every time I come here, they're always from donuts or those we love. every time 4 times. we don't go every week, but my son is always let down. please make them more for the day shift.

I'm addicted..usually hit the drive thru once or twice a day. Great service and coffee always perfect! I love the bagel minis for a quick snack.
