Chili's Grill - Cullowhee

The management at this restaurant was awful and the food was not good. I will not be dining here again.

The service at this restaurant was excellent! The manager last night, who I think was named Isaac Cathey, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The waitress was also enjoyable and had a great personality. I will definitely be returning here in the future! It's rare to receive such great service on a college campus nowadays, but my experience was exceptional.

Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant I've worked in restaurants for years and this place needs to be closed down I had to go back three times to get everything I paid for and offered nothing.

I visited this Chili's location while out of town because it was the closest to me, but it turned out to be a mistake. I had to send my medium steak back twice as it was clearly cooked medium well with no pink. The Mexican street corn only had toppings on one portion and lacked flavor. Additionally, my Cajun chicken pasta to go was missing the chicken I was charged for. This was the worst Chili's I have ever been to and I was completely disappointed with the food and overall experience. I would rather drive an hour out of my way than visit this location again.
