Subway - Crystal Lake

I really enjoy Subway, but my recent visit left me feeling disappointed. The sandwiches were delicious, but I had an issue with them not accepting coupons. I only discovered this after my sandwiches had been made. It seems frustrating to send out coupons if customers can’t use them. The deal I was hoping to take advantage of was two footlongs for the price of one. What a shame! I don't think I'll be returning to Subway again.

The guy looked like he hated his life and all the others. he has rolled us several times the eyes and did not stop giving us dirty looks while we were there.

Hours open to 9 but they are closed at 8:30 please update their hours online and in business otherwise to eat one of my regular places

I had a decent lunch here. The prices have definitely gone up compared to before, likely due to inflation. Interestingly, the place wasn’t busy at all. There was one person working behind the counter, while another appeared to be napping in the back. The staff member at the counter was a bit hard to understand. I deducted a star because there was a large sign stating that they didn't accept some of their own coupons. I found it puzzling—if they’re promoting these coupons, why wouldn’t they honor them?

One of the few places still offers creamy saracha if you go in store . Probably the only reason I still go to this location. I made a mobile order on the app and I messed up the bread and for them to toast the sandwich so I was promoted to call the restaurant. I called only for the lady working at the time to hang up on me mid conversation telling her about my order . I called again and they refused to answer . I called a few more times and thankfully the owner or manager answered and corrected my order before they made it. I went in and had another sub made since I know some subways don’t post on their app that they have creamy Saracha. Once I started ordering I was given barely any meat and then once it came out the toaster as I asked for my veggies she barely put any lettuce ect of the other topping like she didn’t care what she was doing then after she asked if I wanted peppers I said yes , she proceded to make up the little of the other ingredients by adding a bunch of all the peppers completely ruining the sandwich. Again the only reason I’ll ever come back is because they have creamy saracha but I’ll just have to make sure that person isn’t working when I go because that was just terrible service .
