Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters

WOW WOW.... I went to CC on Friday before Christmas to buy some coffee beans to go with my Nabenby Christmas gift of a Ninja coffee machine. A nice gentleman who works there (I forgot his name, sorry) greeted me at the door and asked how he could help me. I told him I was sent to the CC by a friend. This gentleman asked all kinds of questions to guide me and lead the perfect coffee into picking. He was very passionate about coffee, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't bother all the questions I had and let me take several pictures of all beans and roasts, so I could show my husband how cool this place is and to him the roasts and what the beans look like pre roasted. I was fascinated by the “science” of the coffee roast. I never felt rushed, even though the place hoppin’. Of course I went with 2 pounds of different beans and a P.B. Chocolate Mocha. I really didn't think I'd notice a difference in coffee, but I'm sure. Since Christmas, that's all we drank and now only drink coffee from CC. All staff behind the counter were super friendly and happy. I could not believe that I have never been in this hidden gem! A so sweet, cozy and hip joint is also this place!!! I wanted to stay there and drink my mocha and relax for a bit, but had LOTS to go shopping. Thank you. We will be back very soon and cannot wait!!!!

I love conscious cup because they not only have the best coffee (not exaggerating), but also because of the atmosphere they care. This store has become a favorite place for my family to go during the house demonstrations if we have to go an hour or so. And the staff has so sweetly interacted with my autistic son. We were able to spill a TON water one day, and he was so worried that it was a big deal, but the sweet Barista just told us that you saved me that I had to go over here later! Thank you. He was so relieved and happy. There are not many places that my son will tolerate (or where he is so happyly received). Thank you.

Being here as often is not even healthy. But oh man, it tastes good! I really like their Tumeric golden something or other drinks that are with honey in it, and their nitro cold brew. Only two things I am not so impressed by: First, their frequent customer punch card gives only $2 on the 10. Drink instead of just a free drink. I don't know anyone who doesn't just have a free drink. Second, their tiny sandwiches on an English muffin But honestly, I would rather not try to spread thin try to fix this, I just want them to continue making good coffee. I'm over 6 ft. If I want a sandwich, I'll go somewhere else to fill me. Do you understand? If these are the two things I complain about, there is really nothing to complain about. This place is perfect for a addiction like me.

Only really friendly people who make really big coffee. I would especially recommend the cold train from the nitro tape. It'll stop you by next week.

Best Local coffee around and the ambiance and staff is superb. I come here allllll the time.
